  1. Nicely said. As I read this I am eating carrot, celery and cucumber sticks I cut this morning from whole vegetables. Really! Still shooting for 7 REAL fruits and vegetables a day. My belief is that when I do dig into a bag of White Cheddar Cheese-Its, my 7 daily are doing battle for me.
